If you are not satisfied with your Pinpoint you may return it within 28 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. It would help us to know why you’re returning the product. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to find out what has gone wrong.
If the problem cannot be solved please return the stylus in its original packaging with all instructions to:
